Our past is a funny thing. With one incident it has the power to hold us back, scared of the future but on the other hand if we learn from our mistakes, it can create a better and brighter future.
Every decision in life is important, because its the decisions and consequently our past that shapes who we are. Its a complex idea because there are many decisions in my life were i wish i had choosen the other option, so many times i have regreted my actions and my lack of self control, but ever wrong decision and every regret has shaped me into the person i am today, so if i could live life again would i live life differently knowin i wouldnt be the same person?
All i know is God has not given me a spirit of fear. Never fear your past, as hard as it is, embrace your past, let god work through it, and learn from your mistakes.
